Resilience classes are bodyweight-focused sessions designed to build durable strength, control, mobility, balance, and coordination. Rather than chasing intensity for its own sake, these classes emphasize movement quality, joint integrity, and the ability to adapt to real-world demands.
You’ll develop strength through full ranges of motion, improve how your body organizes itself under load, and build the capacity to move confidently—whether in sport, training, or daily life. Classes are intelligently progressed and coached to meet you where you are, making them challenging, accessible, and highly transferable.
Resilience is ideal for those who want to move better, feel stronger, and reduce the risk of injury while building a body that’s prepared for anything.

The problem with traditional strength training - although it can get you stronger - it’s usually within a limited range of motion AND encourages stiffness and rigidity. TRUE STRENGTH - kind you will develop in Resilience - incorporates balance, coordination, mobility, breath control combined with the ability to stabilize, control and move your own body through space.

Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning classes redefine what effective training looks like. Using kettlebells as the primary tool, these sessions blend strength, conditioning, and skill development into efficient, engaging workouts that challenge both body and mind.
Kettlebells allow for seamless transitions between movements, building full-body strength, power, and endurance while improving coordination and movement quality. Sessions are structured, progressive, and coached to ensure technique stays sharp as intensity builds.
These classes are ideal for those who enjoy dynamic, skill-based training and want a smarter, more versatile alternative to traditional gym workouts.
☝️ Completion of Kettlebell Foundations Program is required before joining these classes.
