Kettlebell Foundations is a structured 4-week program designed to build:

Participants are guided progressively from foundational skills to more advanced techniques, ensuring movement quality and confidence at every stage. Strength is developed alongside skill—so you don’t just lift more weight, you move better while doing it.

As skills improve, movements are linked together into flowing sequences that challenge the body and mind, making training both demanding and deeply engaging.
